E3: Zelda: Breath of the Wild sequel aiming for 2022 release

A new trailer has been released for the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, as well as a planned 2022 release.

Closing out the Nintendo Direct for E3 2021, a new trailer for the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - which is still without a final title - was shown, revealing some new aspects of the game, including new locations in the sky in which the game will take place, as well as a different look for Link.

Nintendo is currently 'aiming' to release the game in 2022.

The sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild: A new teaser for the upcoming Nintendo Switch game showed off gameplay, as well as a vast new world high above the kingdom of Hyrule. The sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is aiming to launch for Nintendo Switch in 2022. More information about the game will be revealed in the future.
