The Legend of Heroes: Trails beyond the Horizon, the latest title in the Trails series, will launch later this year.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails beyond the Horizon is the latest entry in The Legend of Heroes' Trails series, and a direct sequel to The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak II, which was released outside of Japan earlier this year. Trails beyond the Horizon was released in Japan in September 2024, marking one of the shortest gaps between a Trails game's Japanese and international releases.
Trails beyond the Horizon continues the story of Van Arkride and the members of Arkride Solutions, as the continent of Zemuria prepares to venture into space for the first time. It also features Rean Schwarzer, protagonist of the Trails of Cold Steel series, and Father Kevin Graham, who appeared in later games in the the Trails in the Sky series.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails beyond the Horizon launches for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 later in the year.
