SEGA reconfirms CRUSH3D for Nintendo 3DS

By Jack Taylor – 11 May 2011

SEGA has confirmed that a new version of the CRUSH video game for the PSP will still be making its way to the Nintendo 3DS.

The game was one of more than 70 revealed at E3 2010 as one of the initial titles in development for the Nintendo 3DS, though nothing had been heard of it before today.

Now, SEGA has confirmed that CRUSH3D will launch in Europe and Australia on Friday, September 9 and in North America on Tuesday, September 6.

The game requires puzzle to move through a stage whilst switching its perspective between 2D and 3D (known as "crushing" the stage) and different perspectives lead to different paths through the stage.

Surely that's old news by now...
