Nintendo Direct: LIVE A LIVE remake announced for Nintendo Switch

LIVE A LIVE, an HD-2D remaster of the Japan-only Super Famicom classic, has been announced for a global release this year.

Originally released in 1994 for the Super Famicom in Japan, LIVE A LIVE is a story set in seven different eras, each with unique characters and gameplay. The Nintendo Switch version is designed in HD-2D by Square Enix - the same style as games like Octopath Traveler, Triangle Strategy, and the upcoming Dragon Quest III remake.

LIVE A LIVE launches worldwide on 22 July, exclusively for Nintendo Switch.
